The caption begins, "The wages of the workers who produce it range from fifty cents an hour for women and fifty-five cents for men up to .35 an hour for diemakers-- the true craftsmen of the industry. The average for all workers is now eighty-three cents an hour (against Mr. Ford's average of seventy-five cents) and the annual outpout averaged for each laborer is fifteen cars worth ,000.
